We were founded in 2014 to provide Business Process Outsourcing, Digital and Facility Management Services to Mubadala and its family of companies. Since then we have grown into a group of companies across varied service industries, delivering value to clients across multiple sectors ranging from government, aerospace, healthcare, energy, real estate and finance.

Solutions+ is a representation of these words. The company was launched with the singular objective of taking over Mubadala’s back-office functions (IT, human resources, facilities management, procurement, and finance). We are now expanding our portfolio of non-Mubadala clients.

Through our acquisitions, we are expanding into a group of companies specialized in offering best-in class services ranging from digital & BPO solutions, facilities management, logistics, mobility, sustainability, sports, events and entertainment.

Solutions+ began in 2014 as Mubadala’s shared services arm. Our 2023 rebrand and strategy set the foundation for new verticals and acquisitions, including Bidaya, LeasePlan Emirates, Massar Solutions and Khadamat. Khadamat’s integration with Serco made it one of the UAE’s largest integrated facilities management players. In 2026 we entered new frontiers: the acquisition of Mobiserve, our entry into telecom services and international markets; the launch of Mubadala Advisory Solutions to build Emirati financial advisory talent; and a joint venture with L-Nutra in longevity and health-span nutrition.
Our strategy has two pillars. First, we are transforming our own core into an agentic enterprise: AI agents working across finance, HR, procurement, IT and customer operations, with humans in the loop for judgment and above the loop for accountability. Second, we are building a growth platform of AI services for clients: industry-specific AI solutions, data and analytics, data and AI governance, and AI managed services. WEAVE, our UAE-built platform, connects AI systems, agents and enterprise tools.
Khadamat Facilities Management LLC, founded in 2007 has grown into a trusted UAE-wide provider of smart, sustainable, and innovative facilities management solutions. The company serves key sectors including education, government, healthcare, and commercial industries, supporting the nation’s long-term infrastructure goals.
LeasePlan Emirates, established in 2006 is a leading provider of leasing services, operating across the UAE. LeasePlan leverages its global expertise along with local knowledge to ensure seamless service delivery to both individual and corporate customers.
Bidaya is a leading production company in the Middle East and North Africa dedicated to developing original content for children of all ages.
Massar Solutions delivers comprehensive transportation and mobility services to government, semi-government, and private sector clients across the UAE. Its offerings include fleet management, supply chain solutions, and smart mobility technologies. With a strong presence in the UAE’s industrial and commercial sectors since 1998, Massar today manages and operates a fleet of more than 10,000+ vehicles, supported by a continued focus on innovation, eficiency, and customer-centric service.
